Data Access & Deletion
You can ask Binti Marvels Ltd to access, correct, delete, restrict, or stop using personal data you shared through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Meta forms, checkout, stockist, CSR, or customer-support channels.
How to request deletion
- Email binti@bintimarvels.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include the phone number, email address, Meta/Facebook/Instagram profile name, or order reference you used with us.
- Tell us whether you want all eligible personal data deleted, marketing consent withdrawn, or only Meta/Facebook/Instagram app-related data deleted.
- We may ask for reasonable identity verification before deleting or sharing data.

What we delete
We will delete or anonymise eligible personal data that is no longer needed for your order, delivery, customer-support, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, safety, or fraud-prevention obligations.
What we may retain
Some transaction, delivery, tax, accounting, consent, STOP/suppression, and legal records may need to be retained for a limited period. If we cannot delete something immediately, we will explain why and restrict use where appropriate.
Meta/Facebook app data
For Meta app review and user rights, this page is the data deletion instruction URL. If you used a Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Lead Ad, or Meta-connected feature, send the request above and mention Meta app data. We will remove eligible app-related contact, lead, message, consent, and support records from systems we control.
