We respect your inbox, your WhatsApp, and your privacy. Binti Marvels Ltd separates necessary service messages from optional marketing, reorder reminders, and community updates.
Order and enquiry updates
When you place an order, request a quote, submit a stockist profile, or ask about CSR/school supply, we may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, phone, or email to confirm that specific request, delivery, payment, quotation, or support issue. These are transactional/service messages.
Optional marketing
We only send promotional offers, launch updates, events, community news, or partner campaigns if you choose the optional marketing checkbox or otherwise clearly opt in. Marketing consent is not required to buy products or submit an enquiry.
Optional reorder reminders
Reorder reminders are optional. If you opt in, we may send discreet reminders to help you restock. You can cancel reminders at any time. We do not need your period-cycle dates to run basic reorder reminders, and this website should not collect cycle data unless a future form clearly explains the purpose and requests explicit consent.
Opt out
Reply STOP to WhatsApp or SMS marketing/reminder messages, or contact binti@bintimarvels.com / +254 717 345 841. We will keep enough information in a suppression list to avoid messaging you again for the opted-out purpose.
Consent records
Where possible, we record the consent wording, purpose, channel, timestamp, source page/form, and withdrawal status. This helps us prove that messages were requested and keeps our WhatsApp, SMS, Meta, and customer-care processes accountable.
